During my recent stay at Ibis Belo Horizonte Liberdade, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary delights offered at the Xodo restaurant. As a Canadian, I have high standards for breakfast, and I must say, the buffet breakfast served on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM was a true highlight. The typical dishes from Minas Gerais added a local touch to the meal, and the fresh, rich variety left me energized for a day of exploration.The ambiance at the restaurant was inviting, and the light fare options provided a perfect start to the day. Despite the crowded dining area, the attentive staff ensured a pleasant experience. The convenient location near a plethora of dining options like Assacabrasa, Merendare, and Paladar Espresso made it easy to indulge in the local cuisine.the hotel's focus on culinary innovation, especially at the Xodo restaurant, makes it a top choice for food enthusiasts looking to savor authentic Brazilian flavors.
